Asbestos Expert Witness

An asbestos expert witness is required to give evidence on both factual information obtained and their opinion relating to capacity in which they act as an expert. An expert witness will act for or in court proceedings to help resolve a dispute between a pursuer and a defendant. This includes preparing written reports, as an independent, for both parties and the court. Matt has and continues to act as expert witness in claims relating to exposure, asbestos management and dispute.
